Fools Onion Breads, Pastries and Desserts are the creation of Christie Rich.  Christie has been a professional baker since 2000.  By taking familiar favorites and thinking outside the box, Christie finds new ways to play with savory and sweet.  Fresh, local and seasonal are her inspirations as she hand crafts everything from beginning to end  "No microwave involved" for both the restaurant and catering.  Christie is well known for her beautiful and delicious wedding cakes, petitfors and truffles as well as her fresh breads, spectacular desserts and inspired pastries.
