To whom it may concern,

I am writing this letter in support of Lance Bailey and Kristine Kager of Fools Onion Catering.  I first met this dynamic couple several years ago when our Community Education Program offered a Wine dinner at one of the local wineries.  They catered this event with Lance including an educational component about wine and food pairing.  After that very successful event, I welcomed every opportunity to work with them again.

Lance and Kristine impressed me immediately for two reasons: 1) Their menus are exquisite and imaginative, with a presentation suitable for the cover of Bon Appetit and 2) Working with them on every step of the process is a joy because their genuine kindness, listening skills, and devotion to pleasing their client comes through at every level of both the planning process and the event itself.
